What You'll Be Doing:
Programming with Mastercam for CNC machines across multiple departments:
Haas 3 to 5 Axis Mills
Doosan CNC Lathes
Swiss Lathes including Citizens and Stars
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize setups and reduce cycle times
Review customer blueprints and models to create efficient toolpaths
Support continuous improvement and contribute to process development
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam
Experience with multi-axis mills and lathes; Swiss machining knowledge is a big plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
Strong understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for a variety of materials
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
